Fundraiser RequestsFundraisers are not handled by the PO MOnitor, they are submitted directly to the Office of the Staff Judge Advocate.
Please submit all fundraiser requests a minimum of 3 weeks before the event is scheduled to take place. Fundraiser requests submitted less than 3 weeks before the event will not be processed. Food Handlers Permit - NO LONGER REQUIRED FOR BAKE SALES.....however...A Consumer Advisory is to be posted at ALL bake sales. This advisory is to be placed in a conspicuous location to ensure that all participating patrons are aware that the items for consumption have not been inspected and/ or monitored during preparation and handling. Food must be wrapped. Fundraising requests involving food prepared ON SITE must be favorably endorsed by the United States Naval Hospital Okinawa Preventive Medicine Department. The endorsement must certify that all persons preparing food successfully completed a four-hour foodservice sanitation training course.
